Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Dec. 7-13:

Kaelah Michelle Oroake, 28, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. 

Melissa Janelle Oden, 22, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Adam Ray Schwarz, 30, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 89 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.

Michael Allen Garcia, 22, pleaded guilty to turning when unsafe to do so. He was found guilty and fined $50 pus $35 in court costs. Garcia also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Leonard James Stanley, 50, pleaded not guilty to resident operating with foreign license and registration. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Tima A. Brown, 52, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. The state may petition the court to revoke Brown’s suspended sentence anytime up to six months after sentencing.

Erica B. Vigil, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. 

Rud Knudsen, 58, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Joseph Jeremy Trujillo, 20, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone. 

Alexandria Kaitlin Clausen, 19, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 79 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone. 

Dennis Raymond Duty, 59, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.

Megan Jo Mclean, 25, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone. 

Hannah L. Knudsen, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation. 

Geoffrey Carl Kellman, 46, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.

Wayne Dale Kellberg, 39, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
