Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Dec. 14-27:
Kyle Blake Delaney, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400 plus $85 in court costs, and must enroll in, pay for and successfully complete ACT classes.
Turquoise Skye Devereaux, 21, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $35 in court costs and must attend the Alive at 25 course.
John David Scott, 24, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Kyle Evan Lawson, 17, pleaded not guilty to failure to stop while school bus stopped (loading or unloading school child). He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Lawson also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Valenda Lee Morigeau, 27, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Troy Wayne Yost, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Trevor Taylor Beaman, 20, forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 70 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
John W. Nichols, 75, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for careless driving.
Jordan Michael Espinosa, 25, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Ronald Fortune Paterno, 90, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for a ROW violation, failure to yield to vehicle on through highway.
James N. Whitaker, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. He received credit for one day served and must enroll, pay for and successfully complete ACT classes.
Collin R. Hardy, 17, pleaded guilty and was fined $50 for careless driving.
Warren E. Howard forfeited a $100 bond for failure to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.
Ronald Eugene Grogan, 49, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Grigory N. Senchenko, 38, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 351 suspended, and fined $550 plus $85 in court costs. Jail time was completed Dec. 28.
Jackson Robert Clairmont-Jore, 19, pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation. He was found guilty and fined $20. Clairmont-Jore also pleaded not guilty to failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $500. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
Sandra Kimberly Leonard, 37, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 49 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Jason Scott Frederickson, 31, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.
