Justice of the Peace Ann Marie McNeel dealt with the following cases Dec. 28:
Marlene Kay Cramm, 51, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $1,000 plus $85 in court costs.
Benjamin J. Rabinski, 27, forfeited a $150 bond for reckless endangerment of a highway worker, first offense.
James W. Schreckendgust, 40, forfeited a $375 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle with weight greater than the maximum authorized.
Greg Stephen Bierie, 61, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Kristina Lynne Lefler, 40, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Dar Glenn Schmid, 44, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.
Robert Louis Combs, 31, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 85 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone.
Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Jan. 1-3:
Joshua C. Simpson, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Simpson also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
In a separate case, Simpson pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $85 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 181 days in jail, 180 suspended, and fined $150 plus $85 in court costs.
Ted Alan Fellman, 41, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing when highway ahead obstructed.
