POLSON — Linda Voller Loughery of Polson passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013, following a hard fought battle with cancer.
Linda was born July 14, 1949, in Conrad, to Sylvester (“Silver”) J. Voller and Inez H. Pourroy Voller.
The love of Linda’s life was her horses. From the time she was a young girl, until the day she passed, she never stopped loving her horses. She grew up riding with her father in Conrad, raised race- horses in Bozeman, and was always fascinated with their nature. They in turn became her personal therapy later in life. When times got tough, it was the dream of riding again that helped Linda get back on her feet.
A memorial service will be held at Lakeview Baptist Church in Polson, on Saturday, Feb. 9. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Cheerful Heart, (406-883-3070) or the Wings Cancer Foundation 406-257-9464).
