Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases April 27-May 3:
Christy Lynne Urban, 26, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Johnathan Wayne Salway, 28, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. Salway also forfeited a $500 bond.
Kathrine Irene Dagnall, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 45 mph in a 35 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $20 plus $35 in court costs. Dagnall also pleaded guilty to improper passing when the highway ahead is obstructed. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Jenna Marie Ness-Neumann, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Casey W. Brandt, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Brandt also pleaded not guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Joseph Jerome Geldrich, 35, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Miriah Cecilerainy Kipp, 25, pleaded guilty to failure to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Katlyn Grace Kelly, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael Scott Gardner, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Gregory Lee Jewell, 35, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
