ST. IGNATIUS — The MAC Lady Bulldogs steamrolled over competitors Corvallis, Deer Lodge and Plains on the road last week.
Sara Nerby and Alyssa Doty each had a double and a triple for the Bulldogs, defeating Corvallis 8-2 May 3.
Loren Erickson allowed five hits, walked five and struck out three.
At Plains May 4, the Lady Bulldogs were unstoppable, hitting a pair of home runs courtesy of Kinley Pope in the sixth inning of the second game.
Emilie Charlo sealed the win with a home run of her own.
The Lady Bulldogs defeated Plains 8-2 in the first game and 10-1 in the second.
Also joining the hitting spree was Alyssa Doty who went 3 for 4 at bat.
Loren Erickson allowed two hits, striking out three and going 2 for 3 with two runs in the opener.
The next day the team was on the road again, as the Lady Bulldogs traveled to Deer Lodge.
But the team did not appear travel-weary as they racked up 12 runs in the final innings of the game to win 15-5.
St. Ignatius had five doubles with Emyli Gillingham leading the attack with one double that drove in three runs.
The team travels to Missoula Thursday to play Loyola, to Thompson Falls Friday and hosts a doubleheader against Eureka on Saturday.
