Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 20-26:

Lindsay M. Polchies, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

John Trevithick, 42, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Cynthia Baker, 50, pleaded not guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Evan Allen Morgan, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Morgan pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered. He was found guilty and fined $50. All of these citations were issued March 29. 

From citations issued December 17, 2010, Morgan pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Raymond M. Yoder, 42, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of theft, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Jared Andrew Stewart, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If he can provide proof of insurance on his 1999 Ford Escort by July 15 and provide proof of six months continuous insurance, than jail time will be waived.

John Thomas Hammond, 50, was found guilty of unlawful to hunt or fish during closed season, large game animal. He was fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Candace J. Aldrich, 29, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Stephanie Rebecca Faw, 38, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Jami M. Flickinger, 28, entered a no contest plea for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. The court accepted the plea and sentenced Flickinger to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. She was also fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Flickinger can provide six months continuous insurance on Nov. 17, then jail will be waived.

Richard Darrell Openshaw, 50, entered a no contest plea for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. The court accepted the plea and fined Openshaw $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Julius Robert Macker, 28, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs. 

Phillip Rae Gribble, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
