Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 17-23:

Kevin James Allensworth, 20, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and credited for one day served. He was also fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.

Joe Richard Anderson, 43, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Anderson also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended, and credited for one day served. Anderson was also fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.

Gordon Bruce Galbraith, 60, pleaded not guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Galbraith also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Galbraith pleaded not guilty to speeding. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Michael Lee Brown, 25, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with seven days suspended and two days credited. Brown was also fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.

Zachary Paul Robinson, 20, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Davida Cecelia Medina, 24, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of assault. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended and credited for seven days. 

Alexandria L. Guinnee, 19, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. She was found guilty and fined $50. Guinnee also pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under 21 years of age, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Forest Alan Martell, 57, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Travis Luke Phillippi, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Lance E. Osler, 40, entered a no contest plea for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. His plea was accepted and he was fined $373 plus $85 in court costs.

Gene Patrick Pierce, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Bo David Bourdon, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof if insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

He also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Bourdon also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
