Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases March 8-14:
Howard Nuernberger, 77, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Christopher S. McCollum, 21, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Jorge Santos Perez Jr., 26, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 35 miles per hour in a 25-mph zone.
Rochelle Kay Groom, 38, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 89 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone. Groom also forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Tyler Thomas Marceau, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone.
Thomas Louis Torok, 63, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Cathie Frances Lucero, 45, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 62 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Ronald Gene Warren, 50, forfeited a $60 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 76 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
Orville Jerome Baer, 75; Sheri L. Lien, 46; and Robert Louis Rost, 79; each forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Thomas Daniel Emerald, 34, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Charlene Lace Jenson, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone.
Macy Katherine Jore, 31, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
David Garden Graham, 60, forfeited a $225 bond plus $35 in court costs for exceeding the max gross weight allowed any group of axles (bridge formula).
