Judge Doug A. Olson dealt with the following cases Feb. 4-25:
Gina M. Freschet, 56, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Darren Ross Amedee, 24, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Terri Leanne Herreid, 54, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. In addition, Herreid had her driver’s license suspended for six months.
James Edwin Foster III pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Foster also pleaded not guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Duane Leon Ochs, 60, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Joseph J. Dowdall, 50, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.
Leonard James Stanley, 48, entered no contest pleas to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license and failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. The court accepted the pleas and fined Stanley a total of $300 plus $70 in court costs.
