Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases March 4-10:

Justin K. Koehler, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and one day credited. He was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. If Koehler can provide proof of reinstatement in Arizona and produce a valid Montana driver’s license by April 14, his jail time will be waived.

John Michael Ramirez, 45, pleaded not guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Billy Joel Cody Phillips, 32, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to a vehicle entering or crossing the highway. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Beau Herman Miller, 23, pleaded guilty to forgery, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. He was also fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
