Judge Justin Bartels dealt with the following cases Jan. 1-26:
Philip Edward Graham, 26, was found guilty and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense.
Sara Drollman, 26, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $500 suspended, plus $35 in court costs.
Jonathon Morgan, 27, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Eric Caro, 24, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Travis Christian Biedermann, 20, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Cameron Mitchell, 48, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Ashley Ann Jones, 24, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Jones also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $500, all suspended, and $35 in court costs.
Samantha Dunkerson, 22, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Justin Ryan Randall, 29, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs. Randall also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs (marijuana, less than 60 grams), first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to six days in jail with five suspended and one day credited for time served. Additionally, Randall was fined $100 plus $115 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a $40 bond for speeding: Odin Robert Kruse, 18; Jessie Lynn Ellis, 30; Damian Khoury, 34.
The following people forfeited a $20 bond for speeding: Scot Farkas, 41; Gerd Koenig, 69.
