Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Feb. 2-10:

Sarah E. Sidabras, 26, pleaded guilty to issuing a bad check. She was found guilty and fined $115 plus $85 in court costs.

Tammy Sue Stack, 37, pleaded guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Seth Eugene Bridges, 23, pleaded not guilty to filing to carry proof of insurance, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 suspended, and five days deferred. Bridges was also fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Bridges pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. If Bridges can provide proof of a valid driver’s license by May 9, his jail time will be reduced to 10 days.

Dana Tryon, 41, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $1,000 with $600 suspended. Tryon was also charged $85 in court costs.

Rickey Ray Zimmerman, 42, pleaded not guilty to failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit. He was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.

Jennifer Lee McNair, 30, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Monique Marie Lopez, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Lopez was also fined $500 with $250 suspended and $35 in court costs.

Eric Angelo Hull, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended. Hull also pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 with $100 suspended, plus $85 in court costs.

Heather M. Bradford, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Rebecca Cripps Shaver, 46, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $350 suspended, plus $35 in court costs.
