Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Dec. 17-23:
Leroy D. Black, III, 19, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully hunting a game animal during closed season. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Rosaura Mendoza, 24, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
Charles L. Shull, 45, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Joshua Franklin McGreevey, 22, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Dana Rae Grant, 48, pleaded no guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Dakota Rae Peterson, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
