Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases April 19-25:
Dane Webb Embrey, 34, forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Terharleigh Lillyianrene Martin, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. In a plea agreement, she was found guilty and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Martin was also found guilty of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.
Joseph H. Caldwell, 31, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. In a plea agreement, he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
George Bennett Evans, 45, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. In a plea agreement, he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 166 suspended, and fined $800 plus $85 in court costs.
Brian Michael Wollam, 33, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, second offense. In a plea agreement, he was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. He received credit for eight days served.
Ronald Nelson Frazar, 69, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 54 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Johanna Marie Dunn, 62, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Shianne Sweder, 20, forfeited a $70 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 73 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Andrew S. Kvam, 18, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 86 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Lannan Clinton Robison, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Joshua David Allred, 26, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Dixie Bisson Davis, 47, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Oscar Martinez Garza, 57, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 34 miles per hour in a 25-mph zone.
Charles Vincent Salois, 44, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Allison Rae Grant, 42, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Deborah Ann Johnson, 51, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 79 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Ronald Warren Preston, 45, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Alana Kay Perkins, 33, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 65-mph zone.
Melodie Reimer Koberg, 47, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
