Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases April 26-May 2:

Keirsten TG Moorman-Zierman, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.

Brandon Joseph Jeppesen, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a plea agreement, he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Jeppesen also pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of speeding. In a plea agreement, he was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs. He was also sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Richard Theodore Hunter Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Hunter also pleaded guilty and was found guilty of speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone. He was fined $85.

Joshua Christiansen, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Tara Rae Keller, 41, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.

Tina Lynn Ashley, 42, forfeited a $250 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. 

Steven Lee Samsel, 60, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone.

Shanelle Larae Skunkcap, 19, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone. 

Elizabeth Caryl Delaney, 33, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.

Susan Decker Heppner, 63, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
