Polson’s third annual community-wide Clean Up Green Up event is slated for May 18. The beautification committee of Envision Polson has been hard at work organizing and planning the event. I am asking for community-wide support for the betterment of the City of Polson.
The scheduled cleanup starts at 9 a.m. with a welcoming committee stationed at Riverside Park for a volunteer check-in and checkout. As organized in the past, we will have a listing of clean up “hot spots” within our community to have as our priority. All registered participants will be entered into a free drawing for prizes at local businesses.
We, as the beautification committee, would greatly appreciate the support of the entire community to help with this inspiring event. Come for an hour, till noon, or your whole Saturday, anytime spent will be greatly appreciated. At 5 p.m., we will be gathering at
Glacier Brewery to have a cold one together after a job well done.
