Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Nov. 5-11:

Kurtis William Snell, 20, pleaded not guilty to a charge of operating with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, second offense.  

He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.

Snell also pleaded not guilty to littering. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

In a third charge, he pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, plus fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Lee Charles Hostman, 23, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days, second offense. Hostman was cited for this offense on Jan. 26. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Hostman also pleaded guilty to another charge of driving without a valid driver’s license, for which he was cited on May 6. He was found guilty and sentenced to another 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined an additional $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Warren Edward James, 28, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and required to pay $85 in court costs.

Kevin L. Racine, 29, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. He was found guilty and was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. 

Racine also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $235 plus $35 in court costs.
