Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases Oct. 16 - 28:

Keevy Ann Dubiel, 25, pleaded not guilty to operating with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Shelby Triplett, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Triplett also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Rhonda Hernandez, 29, pleaded not guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Jared David Ogren, 30, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, driving 59 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.

Eric Woodring, 47, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Ronnie McGlenn Corban, 67, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Paul D. Huxtable, 39, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, driving 31 in a posted 15 mph zone.

Jeremy Schwartz, 31, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Jimmy Graham, 53, pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs. Graham also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Wade Good, 26, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. 

George Lentz, 55, forfeited a $55 bond for speeding, driving 55 mph in a posted 45 mph zone. 

Brandon Thomas Clements, 18, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding, driving 56 mph in a posted 45 mph zone.
