Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases May 3-9:
Michael Brandon Hayes, 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. In a plea agreement, he was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Adam Pfiffner, 37, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 70 miles per hour in a 50 mph zone.
Kayla Alford, 25, was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs for driving without a valid driver’s license. She was also fined $20 for a seatbelt violation.
Samuel Franklin Charlo, 36, forfeited a $225 bond plus $35 in court costs for exceeding the 34,000-pound tandem axle weight limit.
Bridget Ann Bergin, 24, forfeited a $70 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 75 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Christopher Michael Hogue, 34, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 54 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Susan Hughes Kratt, 62, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Troy Ernest Mcmillan, 20, forfeited $35 in court costs for failure to properly secure license plates.
Richard Craig Kline, 74, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 mph in a 45-mph zone.
Grady Burdette Bennett, 44, forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 70 mph in a 55-mph zone.
Toni Dayle Wilkerson, 37, pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Forrest Daniel Rowell, 23, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 65 mph in a 45-mph zone.
Nancy Felt Mahlum, 51, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 60 mph in a 50-mph zone.
Gregg Earl Schoh, 60, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 88 mph in a 70-mph zone.
Aaron Morgan, 30, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 55 mph in a 45-mph zone.
