Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases May 10-16:
Jonah Rick Freeman, 21, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 45 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone.
Constance Redding Sidebottom, 70, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 60 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone.
Thomas Keith Fuller, 58, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 71 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
Ethan Gregory Hirsch, 21, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 61 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Susan Faye Socha, 55, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 66 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone.
Tyler Russell Henrick, 23, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, traveling 80 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Barry Ray Farrell, 48, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 67 miles per hour in a 50-mph zone.
Mark Byron Anderson, 44, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 65 miles per hour in a 55-mph zone.
Marylyn Dennis Jenkins, 60, forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, traveling 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone.
Lawrence Randall Birky, 47, forfeited a $450 bond plus $35 in court costs for exceeding the max gross weight allowed any group of axles. Birky also forfeited a $100 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.
Edna Lee Van Lear, 27, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Van Lear also pleaded guilty to a right-of-way violation; she was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
