Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases May 31-June 6:
Clinton James Chowning, 42, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 suspended. Chowning was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Anita Feidamary Shaw, 53, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense.
She was found guilty, sentenced to180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Jasmin Deane Shourds, 35, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Shourds also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance, first offense. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Cori Shane Monatukwa, 33, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, 60 grams or less, first offense. Although his sentence was deferred, Monatukwa was fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Michael David Bucy, 31, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, 60 grams or less, first offense. Bucy also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bucy’s sentence was deferred on both counts, but he was fined $215 plus $85 in court costs for each offense.
Dona Mae Martin, 84, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Martin also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
Justin Burnett Hall, 20, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with an expired registration.
Ernie P. Jablonsky, 46, forfeited a $100 bond plus $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
Kenneth James Vanallen, Jr., 48, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, traveling 86 mph in a 70 mph zone.
Devin B. Fryslie, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Kevin Michael Harper, 48, forfeited a $40 fine for speeding, driving 84 mph in a 70 mph zone.
David Charles Hergesheimer, 53, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding, driving 92 mph in a 70 mph zone.
Mark Huntimer Saubert, 60, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, driving 20 mph over the speed limit.
The following people forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, driving 11 to 15 mph over the posted limit:
Ronald Fortune Paterno, 71; Walter R. Davis, 51; Harrison Isaac Bowman, 20.
The following people forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding, driving 10 mph over the posted limit:
Danielle Scott, 36; Dustin Joseph Delucia, 20; Cynthia Best Odell, 53; Andrew Robert Wilson, 18; John R. Turman, 54; James Willyart, 74; and Milagra Ann Scott, 23. Scott also forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failing to have a child properly restrained.
