Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases June 7-13:
Gerald Gopher, 28, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended. Gopher was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Matea L. Meilicke, 21, pleaded guilty to fraudulently misrepresenting age to obtain alcoholic beverage, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Stephen P. Hardy, 56, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper decal.
Kasey Allen Pier, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 355 suspended and fined $550 plus $35 in court costs. Also, Pier pleaded not guilty to assault with bodily fluid. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.
Christopher Nevin Reyna, 20, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Jason Travis Sargent, 43, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Sargent also pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Lucy Maureen Lovell Porter, 24, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended — to be completed within 90 days of her court date — and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Jeffrey Grover, 45, pleaded guilty to operating a commercial motor vehicle without a commercial drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Thomas Donald Edwards, 41, pleaded guilty for failing to stop when a school bus is stopped to load or unload a child. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Theresa Louise Lutgen, 41, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and fined $1,000 plus $85 in court costs. Lutgen also pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with five suspended, to run concurrently with the previous count. She was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Nicholas Maldonado, 18, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failing to wear a personal flotation device.
Nathaniel David Willette, 28, forfeited a $60 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding. He also forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for expired registration.

• The following people forfeited a $30 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding: Brent Douglas Smith, 35; Steven Dale Karkanen, 55; Paul Martin Quigley, 31; Marc William Vert, 44; Todd Mathew Coleman, 42.
• The following people forfeited a $20 bond plus $35 in court costs for speeding: Murphy L. Benson, 21; Quentin Max Roesner, 56; Tyler Anthony Costa, 23; Lucy Maureen Lovell Porter, 24.
