The issue of abortion is brewing again, this time in the state of Texas. This issue goes round and round, from state to state, in turn.
Roe vs. Wade, which legalized abortion, happened it 1973, just over 40 years ago. Those of us who are age 40 or older need to stop and ask ourselves: “If abortion had been legal when my mother was carrying me, would I be here today?”
“Would I have the privilege of living out and enjoying the years of life God granted to me on the day I was conceived in my mother’s womb?”
Ask yourself. It’s a question we all need to seriously ponder. I’m not sure who said it, but I’m sure you’ve all heard the quote: “The most dangerous place for a baby to be is in its mother’s womb.”
