Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases June 21-27:
Lauren Roy Christopher, 65, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days with 179 suspended. Christopher was also fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.
Dezerae Paige Lorash, 25, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Marie Taylor Fong, 58, forfeited a $50 bond for a stop sign violation.
Elizabeth Hope Johnston, 25, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration.
Shaun Smiley, 33, forfeited a $100 bond plus $35 in court costs for hunting or trapping or attempting to possess game animal without license.
Wayne Mills, 35, forfeited a $100 bond plus $35 in court costs for hunting or trapping or attempting to posses game animal without license.
Ellen Marry Stricker, 18, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for following too closely.
Erik M. Anderson, 26, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals
Buck Wyatt Henry, 24, forfeited a $550 bond plus $35 in court costs for failure to display registration decals.
The following people forfeited a $10 bond plus $35 in court costs for insufficient personal floatation devices: Michael Pierce, 49; Kyle M. Shafer, 26; Joshua Christiansen, 22.
The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation: Samuel A. Hout, 29; Andrew Daniel Teigen, 18; Dustin Clarence Rowe, 33; Kelly Gordon Dupuis, 24; Leroy Allen Edwards, 70.
The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Bayard Dominick, 45, $50 plus $35 in court costs; Zimmie Jo Knutson, 31, $20 plus $35 in court costs; Michelle M. Wiggins, 51, $40 plus $35 in court costs; Dean Antonio Flynn, 30, $70; Dirk Robert Flynn, 28, $70; Henry George Vucasovich, 58, $20; Henry Allen Symington, 43, $20 plus and additional $50 plus $35 in court costs for expired registration, failing to re-register; Cheryl Webster, 29, $95 plus $35 in court costs. Webser was also charged with unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.
