Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases June 8-July 4:

Coleton Scott Mckay Green, 18, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

William Hoagland Biernat, 63, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Gregory Lawrence Maes, 18, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for littering.

Gail T. Brockbank, 67, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for careless driving.

John Schlappy, 54, paid $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration of validation decals.

Donald William Thomas Peterson, 21, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle.

John Michael Murrin, 52, pleaded guilty to two counts of partner of family member assault, causing bodily injury. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended for each count. He was also fined a total of $800 plus $170 in court costs.

Madison H. Perez, 20, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.

Allen Wayne Jungula, 51, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing in a no-passing zone.

Merlin L. Sorensen, date of birth unavailable, forfeited a $10 bond plus $35 in court costs for insufficient personal floatation devices.

Julian C. Courville, 60, forfeited a $10 bond plus $35 in court costs for insufficient personal floatation devices.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation: Sunny Rae Benn and Jordan Alexander Kirsch.

• The following people forfeited bonds for speeding: Jennifer S. Gilman, 50, $30 plus $35 in court costs; Robert Lamont Kelley, 59, $20; John Patrick Palmer, 49, $20; Mariah J. Hamel, 19, $50 plus $35 in court costs; Jeffrey James Thomas, 37, $20; Erik David Hartzell, 19, $20; Judy Mundell, 51, $40.
