C.B. McNeil dealt with the following case Wednesday, July 17:
Paul Orr, 41, Bigfork, admitted to violating terms of probation and parole and had his suspended sentence for operation of clandestine laboratory, a felony, revoked. Orr was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for five years.
According to court documents, Orr was sentenced in January 2003 to three years deferred for the offense. In October 2004, his deferred sentence was revoked and he was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 10 years with five suspended. Orr transferred his supervision to New Mexico in June 2010. His probation officer reported in December 2012 that Orr was unavailable for supervision and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
