Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from July 12 -18:
Carey Joshsheldon Hargesheimer, 43, forfeited his $120 bond for speeding on non-interstate highway, exceeding the night limit of 65 mph.
Trenton Randall Oshields, 32, forfeited his bond of $40 for speeding on non-interstate highway, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Daniel James Leck, 39, Howard James Pickerill, 74, forfeited his $20 bond for speeding on a non-interstate highway, exceeding limit of 70 mph.
Carlene Elaine Wills, 25, forfeited her bond of $45 and paid court costs of $35 for operating with expired registration.
Wendy Rae Creer, 41, Larry Delbert Linnell, 73, forfeited their bond of $50 for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit, plus $35 court costs.
Dion Lee Carey, 43, and Philip Durden, 41, forfeited their $20 bonds plus $35 court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Trey Keeton, III, 29, pleaded not guilty and was found guilty of an amended pleas of driving without a valid drivers license, was fined $250 plus $35 court costs and was sentenced to 180 days in the Lake County Detention Center with 180 days suspended.
Bria J. Effertz, 26, George Biggs, 83, Philip Anton Stempin, 33, Hannahcheza Q. Seniel, 26, and James M. Steiner, 24, forfeited $20 bonds for a seatbelt violation.
Tom E. Scheffer, 48, forfeited his bond and court costs of $35 for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.
Hayley Marie Salois, 23, forfeited her $50 bond plus $35 court costs for careless driving.
Richard C. Templer, 60, pleaded guilty and was found guilty of operating a vehicle with out liability insurance in effect, first offense, was fined $250 plus court costs of $35 and was sentenced to LCDC for 10 days with 10 days suspended.
Mark Franklin Wolfe, 54, forfeited his $50 bond plus court cost of $35 for a stop sign violation.
Ann M. Burton, 56, forfeited her $50 bond plus $35 court costs for violation of Department of Fish and Wildlife rules and regulations.
Stanley M. Zattosky, 60, forfeited his $50 bond plus $35 court costs for parking on the road when practical to park off road.
Cohen L. Ambrose, 28, Carl Ambrose, 60, and Jennifer M. Volkert, 46, each forfeited their $50 bonds plus $35 court costs each for parking in prohibited spaces.
Paul Z. Wooldridge forfeited his $50 bond plus $35 court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.
Steven Stuart Starke, 19, forfeited his $50 bond plus $35 court costs for failure to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard) when making a left turn.
Zeff Kingsley, 78, forfeited his $200 bond plus $35 court costs each for two counts of unlawful procurement of license, permit or tag, material false statement.
