Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 29-July 5:

Fredderick Lamar Whitlock, 41, pleaded guilty to assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.

Dennis S. Finnegan, 43, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Finnegan also forfeited a $500 bond.
