Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases July 26 – Aug. 8:
Ryan Elvin Tollefson, 32, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Tollefson also pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $45 plus $85 in court costs.
Beverly Jean Powell, 27, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Powell pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Stormi D. Mann, 31, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. Mann also pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Ken T. Meriwether, 50, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.
Renee Kathleen Sargent, 41, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to re-register.
Kavin Fritz Miller, 25, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Raymond M. Yoder, 44, forfeited two $150 bonds plus a total of $70 in court costs for two violations of permitting animals to run at large in a herd district.
Douglas E. Zimmerman, 57, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.
Tucker Toelke, 19, forfeited a $10 bond plus $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.
Kelsea Diane Meacham, 18, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Robert Wayne Watt, 36, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.
Timothy Alan Zubiate, 48, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely.
Gregory S. Hobbs, 45, forfeited a $10 bond and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.
Robert T. Smith, 42, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for allowing underage operator without supervision. Smith also paid $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals.
Kristi Sanders Lozeau, 56, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Meehan Rostami, 46, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration.
Diane Caro Whited, 43, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for parking in a prohibited space.
Greg L. Ingraham, 54, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for hunting or fishing during closed season, game bird or fish.
Jacob Michael Mitchell, 33, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Ryan M. Flink, 18, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation:
Alexis Danielle Hall, 21; Barrett Greer Ferguson, 19; David Brince Steiner, 41; Joshua James Gallant, 36; Levi Joseph Clairmont, 19; Jacob Michael Mitchell, 33.
