Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Aug. 9 to Aug. 15:

Justin Gossling, 22, James A. Englert, 49, Martin J. Van Deurzen, 58, Neiman Patrick Wilson, 20, and Wendy Lynne Kress, 65, forfeited their $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit and also paid court costs of $35 each.

Dixie L. Mills, 63, Cody Lee Brooks, 20, and Julie Johnson Freshley, 57, forfeited their $30 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit and also paid court costs of $35 each.

Kyle Evan Lawson, 18, and Tyler James Dupuis, 18, forfeited their $20 bonds for a seatbelt violation.

Sue E. Williams, 49, forfeited her bond for violation of equipment rules adopted by the Fish Wildlife and Parks Department and also paid $35 court costs.

Michelle Sinne Mckenzie, 20, forfeited her $50 bond for interfering with traffic while backing and also paid $35 court costs.

Scott A. Worster, 48, forfeited his $50 bond for prohibited operation, allowing underage operator without supervision, and also paid $35 in court costs.

Kenneth B. Cotter, 36, Michael P. Keese, 48, and David R. Gross, 63, forfeited their bonds for operating a motorboat without proper registration or validation decals and paid $35 each in court costs. 

Joel Richard Warneke, 34, forfeited his $60 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit and also paid court costs of $35.

Justin Crandall, 44, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, was found guilty and was fined $250 plus $35 court cost. Crandall also was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended. 

Joel David Pratt, 31, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, was found guilty, was fined $250 plus $35 court costs.

Pratt also pleaded not guilty to an amended plea of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, was found guilty, was fined $400 plus $85 court costs and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended and one day credited time. 

Jeannette Marie Cannady, 65, and Christopher Bear, 30, forfeited their $50 bonds for parking in prohibited places and also paid $35 each in court costs.

Daniel Mimnagh, 32, forfeited his $50 bond for improper passing in a no-passing zone, and also paid $35 in court costs. 

Adam Christopher Granley, 33, forfeited his $50 bond for no motorcycle endorsement and also paid $35 in court costs.

Kathryn J. Veazey, 29, forfeited her $50 bond for failure to display registration decals and also paid $35 of court costs. 

Michael Alan Kvam, 47, forfeited his $50 bond for insufficient personal flotation devices and also paid $35 in court costs.

Derrek P. Nazelrod, 19, forfeited his $50 and for failure to wear a personal flotation device and also paid $35 court costs.
