Dorothy Slinker Keil
RONAN – Dorothy Luella Mason Slinker Keil, died Sept. 29, 2010 at the St. Luke Extended Care Facility in Ronan.
She was born May 2, 1923, to Opha and James Arthur Mason.
Dorothy was married twice, had 5 children with her first husband, Murrell: William Murrell Slinker, Orlando, Fla.; James Robert Slinker, Sunnyside Wash.;Cheryl Ann Williams, Anderson, Ind.; John Eric Slinker, Alexandria, Ind. and Carol Sue Cheff, Polson. Her second marriage was to George W. (Bill) Keil resulting in becoming stepmother to five “Keil Boys”; Craig Douglas Keil, Forks, Wash.; Duane Richard Keil, Seward, Alaska; Blair Windell Keil, Sweethome, Ore.; Grant William Keil, Forks, Wash, and Ross Mitchell Keil, Sweethome, Ore. She has a total of 48 grand-, great grand-, and great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. in the Lighthouse.
