Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealth with the following cases Sept. 20-Sept. 26. 

Tylan Patrick Sinclair, 34, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.

Paul William Bishop, 56, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Bishop also pleaded guilty to a second offense of failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $350 plus $85 in court costs.

Asa Alan Lehrke, 47, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 168 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Rebecca Lynn Holman, 22, pleaded not guilty to speeding on Interstate, exceeding night limit of 75 mph. She was found guilty and fined $85.

John Michael Richter, 46, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.

Jacob P. Fleming, 37, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 164 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Louis Robert Catalino, 32, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for improper passing, in a no-passing zone.

Aaron Michael Grafft, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation. He was found guilty and was fined $20. Grafft also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jessie Michaeljoseph Drake, 19, pleaded guilty to failture to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, third offense. He was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Angela Rose Dwelle, 32; Ryan Donovan Potter, 36; Dennis L. Young, 71; and Stephen William Gascoigne, 44, all forfeited a bond of $20 for speeding on non-Interstate.

Ray Darrel Erickson, 56 and Noel Stephen Winter, 62, both forfeited a bond of $70 for speeding on a non-Interstate.

Justin Edward Novak, 27; and Ann Marie Thiel, 33, both forfeited a bond of $20 plus $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

David Anthony Pierce, 65; Scotty Ordell Vaughan, Jr., 22; Maureen Collins Coryell, 43; and David Matthew Godfrey, 27, all forfeited a bond of $30 plus $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed.

Lyle Guy Stapelton, 62, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle, which has not been properly registered. He was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Robert Mathius Pauley, 51, forfeited a bond of $50 plus $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Robert Charles Baker, 48, forfeited a bond of $60 plus $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Jonathan Weston Barlow, 61, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

David James Murdock, 57, forfeited a $35 bond for operating overweight/dimension vehicle or combination on highway without special permit.

Leslie Ember Shepard, 74, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for following too closely.
