I have had the privilege to work with Heather Knutson in a business capacity as well as serving with her on a board for a local non-profit agency in Polson. I have admired Kuntson’s natural leadership abilities, level-headedness, ability to see the big picture yet understand the small detail, and her ability to garner consensus amongst her peers.
Knutson’s natural talents afford her the ability to work anywhere in the country she desired. Yet her fondness and compassion for her hometown of Polson have kept her local. She has served the community with great responsibility and no self-serving motives. The community of Polson should not miss the opportunity to elect a true top-notch talent whose only interest in serving her community is to make it a better place. Kuntson has the ability to understand and be respectful of the history of Polson while looking forward to building a better Polson by uniting the community, the City, and the Tribe to move forward towards common goals.
