Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Oct. Oct. 11-17:
Austin Reese Lilly, 19, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation and a $20 bond for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone limit. Lilly also forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed.
Nancy Gay Veigel, 52, pleaded guilty to speeding on Non-Interstate – exceed day limit of 70 mph and was fined $75. Veigel also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration and was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Donald E. Widner, 50, forfeited a $75 bond for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on Highway.
Joseph Michael Buckels, 33, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.
Tish Rachelle Stiles, 41, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Derryck Eugene Jones, 32, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed limit.
Justin Leon Morgan, 27, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Roy Lynn Bird, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Bird also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less) – first offense and was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Javier Christopher Saenz, 23, pleaded guilty to speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed limit and was fined $60 and $35 in court costs. Saenz also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Elizabeth Sarah Freeman, 20, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed limit.
John Steven Nelson, 53, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceed day limit of 70 mph.
Elizabeth Ann Norwood forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceed night limit of 65 mph.
Shelly Marie O’Connor, 54, forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed limit.
Nicholas James Pierce, 33, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceed day limit of 70 mph.
K. Kimber Prince, 56, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceed day limit of 70 mph.
Kelly James Kadlec, 46, forfeited a $60 bond for speeding-exceed restricted/special zone speed limit.
Ryan N. Dolence, 42, forfeited a $40 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceed restricted speed limit.
Ronald James Printz, 70, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
Devin D. Weaver, 23, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
Colin Kirk Torgenrud, 54, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
