Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Oct. 18-24:

Steven Paul Chacon, 49, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $300 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Devin Shae Neely, 21, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, third offense. He was found guilty and fined $1000 plus $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended. Neely also pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended.

Michael Patrick Taylor, 46, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $750 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Andre Nigel Dullinger, 24, pleaded not guilty to speeding on an Interstate Urban, exceeding night limit of 65 mph. He was fined $100.

Ryan Jacob Evarts, 38, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was fined $100 and court costs of $85 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. He also pleaded not guilty to public nuisance. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. He also pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $75 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Kelly Patrick Ireland, 32, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Jennie Neff Payne, 38, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense, and was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. May serve two days as house arrest but must be completed by Nov. 23, 2013. She also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to register. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Kaleigh Rae Brook, 29, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.

Victor M. Lopez, 37, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Jeffrey Russell Johnson, 52, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense and was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. May serve as house arrest.

Brett Timothy Hermann, 54, pleaded guilty of operating a vehicle with expired registration, failure to reregister and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Robert Wylie, 45, pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. May serve house arrest.

Ryan Avison, 34, forfeited a $15 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Jann Holter Berntsen, 59, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Levi Eugene Boggess, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Robert Lyle Kalisch II, 30, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Matthew John Aipperspach, 32, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Raymond John Moe, 42, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Steven L. Melby, 56, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on an Interstate Urban, exceeding day limit of 65 mph.

Kepler Marc Correia, 33, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Jack E. Whaling, 21, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
