Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Oct. 25-31:

Brent Haker Woodger, 60, pleaded no contest for failure to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

James Robert Compton, 68, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Travis Jordan Courville, 21, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Paul Jara, 59, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding Interstate Urban-exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Maris J. Mills-Kowachek, 57, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Patrick K. Cable, 57, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Monica Lynn Medhus, 42, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Georgia Audrey Martinez, 45, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on Non-Interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Kenneth Barkus, 42, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Sarah Brandi Bartel, 29, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Joseph Louis Gainan, 34, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

David Weible, 64, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding Non-Interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Ryan Macivor Mclain, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating an expired registration-failure to reregister.

Bradley Richard Tull, 41, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to drive to right of roadway except when passing.

Lisa May Iverson, 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Jasmine Nicole Blaney, 38, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Naoise D. McMahon, 20, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for littering-dumpling/leaving any garbage/dead animal/refuse/debris.

Antonia Marie Guzman, 25, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Jack K. Babon, 61, forfeited $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Mark B. Mcmurray, 58, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Richard L. Rowley, 62, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Vickie V. Rowley, 59, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Phillip D. Sauer, 75, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.

Breanne Elise Borden, 21, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 with $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect-first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended and fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Jason Len Zito, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and fined $350 and $85 in court costs. 

Benjamin Ross White, 25, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended and fined $500 and $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to habitual offender operating a motor vehicle and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended and fined $1000 and $35 in court costs.
