Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Nov. 1-7:

Garet Braun Gifford, 18, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation. 

Adam Jay Gardner, 35, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Twyla Marie Bauer, 52, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and $350 in fines and  $85 in court costs.

Nick Allen Bodeen, 22, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Mary Roberts Alderson, forfeited an $85 bond for violation of basic rule-reasonable and prudent-first offense.

Cameron Lee Gillette, 41, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.

David Boyed VanBouchaute, 28, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member and was sentenced to 365 days in with 362 suspended and fined $100 and $85 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Louise K. Stevens, 60, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted /special zone speed limit.

Shawna Belle Smith forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Jenneka Eve Shumard, 34, forfeited a $40 fine for speeding, on non interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Marlene Faye Swartz, 58, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 359 suspended and fined $1,000 and $85 in court costs.

Shan Sean Smith, 34, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 359 suspended and fined $1000 and $85 in court costs.

Dylan Kristopher McCrumb, 18, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. He also forfeited bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration-failure to register.

Cynthia Rose Huselton, 37, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding-exceeding restricted speed limit.

Wayne William Rall, 69, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Sherry Ann Jones, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Daniel Dee Patee, 64, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Julie Strange Voneschen, 52, forfeited a $60 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
