Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Nov. 8-14:
Vasiliy Petrovich Buzyan, 51, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Martin Joseph Herak, 63, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Karen Ann Kleinklaus, 65, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
Leroy Dennis Morin, 76, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
William J Sullivan, 41, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Katherine A. Yakubowski, 24, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate- exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
James Tanner Nash, 21, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
Barbara A. Goodwin, 52, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense. She was sentenced to six months in jail with 179 days suspended and fined $400 and $85 in court costs.
Zachary Allen Malinak, 22, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for a stop sign violation.
Andrew Martin Rech, 27, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special speed limit.
Nick Bradley, 54, forfeited a $70 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Denis Hiestand, 64, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely-reasonable and prudent.
Brianna M. Frey, pleaded guilty to speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph and was fined $70.
