Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Dec. 13 to Dec. 19:

Marcella Barker, 25, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on the interstate urban-exceeding night limit of 65 mph.

Iver Stanley Kelsch, 52, pleaded not guilty to permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance – second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended.

Troyous JA Ricciardi, 34, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Christina Lynn Kennedy, 25, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Mary C. Pedrojetti, 42, pleaded not guilty to negligent endangerment (substantial risk-death/serious bodily injury). She was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended.

Deborah Paulene Jakovac, 60, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Gray Cook, 42, pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to a second offense of owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. He also pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was fined 450 and $35 in court costs.

Thomas W. Herman, 28, pleaded guilty to speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Pamela Renee Melillo, 30, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Dawn R. Mitchell, 48, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. She also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for following too closely-reasonable and prudent.

Lincoln Merle Jore, 30, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration-failure to reregister.

Dalton James Smith, 18, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Thomas Henry Camp Jr., 27, forfeited a $50 bond and $25 in court costs for careless driving.

Maria Elena Dumontier, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Paul Joseph Groon, 37, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Melissa Ann Peel, 28, forfeited a $41 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding the day limit of 70 mph.

Daniel Lee Stepina, 26, forfeited an $85 bond for basic rule violation-reasonable and prudent-first offense.

Robert M. Eckmann, 27, forfeited a $50 bond for operating a vehicle that has not been properly registered.

Nicolas Jordan Salomon, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate-exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Darrell Lee Olson, 55, pleaded guilty to improper passing-in no passing zone. He was fined $50 and $35 in court fees and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Jordan Lanell Dumont, 22, pleaded guilty to failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing. He was fined $50 and $35 in court fees.

David Earl Delgatty, 68, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court fees for improper passing-in no passing zone.

Melissa Ann Dellwo, 21, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court fees for speeding-exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
