Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Jan. 20-26:

Rindi Rae Hornseth, 22, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Krystal Dawn Goodsell, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Goodsell also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Aimee Eileen McManus, 39, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.

Harry Edward Vanbouchaute Jr., 65, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Vanbouchaute also pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Evan Allen Russell, 35, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Russell provides proof of six months continuous insurance by July 24, fines will be reduced by $100 and jail time waived.
