Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Jan. 3-9, 2014.
Scotty Ordell Vaughan, Jr., 22, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Lincoln Merle Jore, 30, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to wear a personal flotation device.
Phillip Marlow Thelen, 35, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Shawn Richard Jungers, 38, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Jungers also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs. Jungers also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
Sharie Lee Kuhl, 61, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
Lois Anna Cobler, 65, forfeited a $20 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted special zone speed limit.
George Davis, 81, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Jonathan Royal Sloan, 29, pleaded guilty to speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit.
Shannon R. Bartosik, 43, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
John Jerome Ulmen, 65, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of motor carrier safety standards, first offense.
Jedd W. Tougas, forfeited a $15 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Miranda Denise Mosis, 33, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
Brittany A. Bilile, 25, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
Donald Edward Thomsom, 72, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Charles Edward Walker, Jr., 52, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Andrea Joy Lohf, forfeited a $15 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Ronald Fortune Paterno, 72, forfeited a $15 fine and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
