Senior centers request mil levy signatures

RONAN — There are six senior citizens’ centers located in Lake County and in conjunction with the Lake County Council on Aging, we are putting together a petition to get a mil levy on the ballot in June. This mil levy will be to raise funds to allow the centers and the LCCOA to keep their doors open and therefore to continue to provide their services to the seniors of Lake County. We ask your help in getting this levy on the ballot for the June election, simply by signing our petition. If you are wondering about the services that the centers and LCCOA provide, just give them a call and they can provide any information you need.
