Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Jan. 10-16:

Duane Lux, 69, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Lux also pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was found guilty and fined $135.

Terence M. Mousel, Jr., pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Andrey Korchmar, 51, pleaded guilty to 14-hour driving rule for property carriers. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Jade Marie Forman, 21, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.

Lance Edward Colman, 44, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and credited for one day served. Colman was also fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.

Joel Arland Wetzel, 33, pleaded not guilty to speeding on non-interstate. He was found guilty and fined $70. Wetzel also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, third or subsequent offense. Wetzel was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 172 suspended, and was fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Wetzel pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent of greater, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.

Aaron Kristen Danno, 26, forfeited a $50 bond for improper passing.

Matthew Cole Sandberg, 22, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. Sandberg was also found guilty of operating with expired registration. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Charles Jerome Gilson, Jr., forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired insurance. He was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

John K. Giltner, 88, forfeited a $50 bond plus $35 in court costs for a stop sign violation.

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation: John Curtis Fay, 72; Crystal Joy Santos, 30.

 

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for speeding: Cheyenne Solorio-Bourdon, 20; Tuulikki Louise Keyes, 22; Travis James Schweigert, 32; Madeline Odessa Hewston, 20; Jennifer Rose Mcgreevey-Seifert, 34; Sean Lee Kittel, 35; Tyler James Maxwell, 33; Devan Phillip Fischer, 18; Amanda Ray James, 22; Jennifer Undley Wyman, 35.

The following people forfeited a $30 bond for speeding: Charli Danielle Wells, 22.

The following people forfeited a $50 bond for speeding: Michael Dolecki, 53.
