Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases June 1-29:
Merie Farrier, 63, pleaded not guilty to speeding - going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $50.
Brad Yerian, 41, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding - going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone and a $50 bond for operating a vehicle without proper registration. He was also charged $35 in court costs.
Kathryn Yelsa, 53, pleaded not guilty to speeding - going 34 mph in a 25 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $50.
Melinda Cox, 40, forfeited a $50 bond for a stop sign violation. She was also charged $35 in court costs.
James Joseph Sorell, 21, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license - expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs.
James Franks, 44, pleaded guilty to a speed violation - going 59 mph in a 45 mph zone and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty on both counts, fined $225, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended.
Shawna Baum, 20, forfeited a $100 bond for speeding - going 67 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Stanley Nietupski, 40, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs - marijuana (less than 60 grams) and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty of both charges, fined $200, charged $170 in court costs and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 357 day suspended.
Danielle Lee, 34, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license - expired less than 180 days and operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect. She was found guilty on both counts, fined $150, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to six months and ten days in jail with all suspended.
David Van-Horne, 68, forfeited a $100 bond for speeding - going 73 mph in a 45 mph zone.
