Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Jan. 17 to Jan 30:
Dennis Sheridan Hostetter, Jr., 44, forfeited his $50 bond for checking station offenses and $35 in court costs.
Donald Isador Mitchell, 20, John Glenn Bennett, 83, Amanda Merita Irvine-Louie, 30, and Robert P. Snyder, 59, pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and were each fined $20.
Shelly Ann Firestone, 23, Samantha Marie Gohl, 24, and Trisha M. Davis, 43, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in their vehicles, first offense. They each were fined $250 plus $35 court costs. Firestone was sentenced to 10 days in jail with jail time suspended.
Heather Mackey, 34, forfeited her $250 bond plus $35 court costs for failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance her vehicle, first offense.
Mackey also forfeited her $50 bond plus $35 court costs for operating a vehicle with expired registration - failure to reregister.
Andrea Nicole McDonald, 27, Katalin Pados Green, 48, John Jay Simpson, 59, and William Kerr Becker, 34, each forfeited their $20 bond for speeding on a non-interstate road, going 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.
Tessa Lynn McCollam, 25, forfeited her $20 bond for speeding on a non-interstate road, going 75 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Janice P. Walsh, 57, forfeited her $20 bond for speeding, going 55 mph in a 45 mph zone. She also paid $35 court costs.
Robert Henry Schall, Jr., 63, forfeited his $50 bond for driving over divided space or barrier of a divided highway. He also paid $35 court costs.
Travis Andrew Thingelstad, 29, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 plus $35 court cost and was sentenced to 180 in jail with 178 days jail time suspended.
Olivia Nicole Asencio, 22, and Melanie Lynn Schliebe, 23, forfeited their $40 bond for speeding on a non-interstate highway, Asencio going 86 mph in a 70 mph zone and Schliebe going 89 mph in a 70 mph zone.
Kristen M. Pallant, 32, forfeited her $60 bond for speeding, going 69 mph in a 45 mph zone. She also paid $35 court costs.
Tonya Lynn Appelt, 41, forfeited her $30 bond for speeding. She also paid $35 court costs.
Warran Kevin Hansen, 26, forfeited his $150 bond for operating a vehicle with expired registration - failure to reregister. He also paid $35 court costs.
Tanner Joe Salmonsen, 19, forfeited his $60 bond for speeding, going 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. He also paid $35 court costs.
William J. Hammerquist, 34, forfeited his $50 fine for speeding, going 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. He also paid $35 court costs.
Aaron Nathan Wides, 59, forfeited his $50 bond for speeding, going 62 mph in a 45 mph zone. He also paid $35 court costs.
Jeffrey Birney, 49, forfeited his $40 fine for speeding, going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Tracy Allan Molzhon, 46, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $350 plus $85 court costs.
Joshua Alan Grenier, 23, Alfred Grima Coggins, 38, and Julie Lynn Thiel, 31, forfeited their $20 bond for seatbelt violations.
Mariah Marie Dempsey, 32, pleaded guilty to speeding, going 75 in a 65 mph zone. She was fined $85.
Lukas Crawford Conklin, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense, was found guilty and was fined $100 plus $85 court costs.
Dan J. Luedtke, 55, Ashley Lynn Handford, 23, a male juvenile, Thomas M. Brown, 71, Rod Mackey, 58, and Diane Elizabeth Conti, 43, all forfeited their $20 bonds for speeding, going 80 in a 70 mph zone. The juvenile was going 75 mph in a 65 mph zone, and Mackey was going 75 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Julian Trillo Lopez, 77, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation, was found guilty and was fined $50 with $35 court costs.
Nicholas F. Dellwo, 62, forfeited his $50 bond for failure to obey a red (stop) traffic signal. He also paid $35 court costs.
A female juvenile forfeited her $30 bond for speeding, going 90 mph in a 70 mph zone. She also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in her vehicle, first offense, and was fined $250 plus $35 court costs.
In separate cases, Larence Douglas Bird, Jr., 69, and Leonard Anastacio Pritchett, 22, all pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, were found guilty, were fined $250 plus $35 court costs. Bird and Pritchett were sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.
Earl Robertdean Robinson, 18, and Rodney Dean Hickok, 55, forfeited their $40 bond for speeding Robinson was going 83 mph in a 70 mph zone Hickok at 86 mph in a 70 mph zone.
Duane Wilber Hunt, 79, forfeited his $50 bond for speeding, going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. He also paid $35 court costs.
Macie Jo Oja, 21, forfeited her $40 bond for speeding, going 80 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Sandra DeBruin, 43, forfeited her $50 bond for speeding, going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. She also paid $35 court costs.
Cheryl Lynn Chapman, 57, forfeited her $50 bond for operating a vehicle with expired registration - failure to reregister. She also paid $35 court costs.
