POLSON — In their own house, the Ronan Chiefs wrestlers grappled their rival Class A Pirates on Saturday, coming up just short despite some impressive pins for a Class B team.
Connor Benn made quick work of his 152-pound match, pinning Ryan Burland in just 23 seconds. Other victors who pinned their opponants included Chase Rhine (132), Brandon Dumont (145) and Graden Irish (160).
The Chiefs head into divisional tournament competition this weekend.
