Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases from Jan. 31 to Feb. 6:

Rocky Layne Olson, 30, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was sentenced to 545 days in jail with all but nine suspended. He was ordered to pay $850 in fines and $120 in court costs. 

Rodolfo Camancho, 50, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and was fined $50. 

Andrew Cudell Morris, 36, pleaded guilty to failure to slow/use caution/move away from a stationary emergency vehicle and was fined $50 and ordered to pay $35 in court costs. 

Crystal Lynn Marsh, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and operating without liability insurance. She was sentenced to 380 days in jail, with all but nine days suspended. She was ordered to pay a $1,200 fine and $140 in court costs. 

Miranda Louise Luttrell, 30, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration and owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, fined $385 and ordered to pay $35 in court costs. 

The following people forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation: Gerald R. Conover, 35; Bernard John Shea, 51; Carlos Quinones, 18; Melisa Marie Witz, 44. 

The following people forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired registration: Douglas Dennis Lichte, 37 and Robert Erwin Stentz, 73. 

Melisa Marie Witz, 44, forfeited a $200 fine and was ordered to pay $35 for driving without a valid license. 

William Edward Doran, 23, forfeited at $50 bond for improper passing in a no-passing zone. 

Tracy Ann Mrachek-Hedrick, 37, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $75. 

The following people forfeited bonds for speeding:

Riley James Whitworth Charlo, 21, $40; Keith Allen Topliff, 51, $20; Beene Smyley, 52, and James Drager, 53, $20 plus $35 in court costs.
