Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Feb. 7-13:

Jeffrey Hilton Lubeck, 56, forfeited a $40 fine for speeding on Hwy. 93, exceeding the day limit of 65 mph.

Jose Andres Gonzales, 23, forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.

Kyler Morgan Rutz, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and the offense was dismissed. Rutz also pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substan ces while under the age of 21; first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Patrick M. Hahn, 39, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent blood alcohol content or greater; first offense. He was fined $350 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Frank Dykstra, 61, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol; second offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Mark Iaviocoli, 49, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding the day limit of 70 mph. 

Jake L. Sweeney, 24, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a snowmobile on public land without registration or registration decal displayed.

Jennifer Ann Thomas, 46, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for violation of Department of Fish and Wildlife and Parks rules and regulations. 

Sahriha Marie Camacho, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21; second offense. She was fined $200 and $85 in court costs. Camacho also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Benjamin Mataio Meafua, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Christy Lee Tomma, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Johanna Lea Lien, 18, forfeited a $20 fine for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding the night limit of 65 mph.

Kathleen Lynn Smith, 48, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Spencer Damian Fulk, 19, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding the day limit of 70 mph.

Bram Merrick O’Dell, 26, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for stop sign violation.

Scott Gleedouglas Jennison, 25, forfeited a $30 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
