St. Ignatius City Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases during January.
Shane Norton, 47, forfeited his $50 bond for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.
Ralph Foster, 50, pleaded no contest to a charge of watering and was fined $25.
Jeremy Crooks, 42, pleaded guilty to a school bus loading zone violation, was found guilty and was fined $50.
Mary T. Jackson, 44, and Johanna Rowe, 42, forfeited their $50 bond for speeding.
Jess Mitchell, 23, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, fined $600 plus $85 court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended.
Mitchell also pleaded guilty to operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $200 plus $35 court costs and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Aspen Incashola, 35, forfeited her $50 bond for failure to have a child 6 years old and less than 80 lbs. properly restrained. Incashola also will pay $35 in court costs.
Raquel Mejia, 26, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license and a bus loading zone violation. She was found guilty, was fined $150 plus $35 in court cost and was sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended.
